By using the Running Hellas platform, you fully accept these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any term, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Running Hellas is an information platform for running races in Greece. It provides race information, race entry logging, and personal performance tracking.

3. User Account

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• Each account is personal and may not be shared.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Race Information Accuracy

Race information (dates, distances, entry fees, etc.) is sourced from public sources and may not always be up to date or complete.

Before registering for any race, always verify the information directly with the organiser.

We are not liable for any inaccuracies, cancellations or changes to races.

5. Prohibited Uses

The following are prohibited:

• Using the platform for illegal purposes.
• Automated data extraction (scraping) without authorisation.
• Posting false or misleading information.
• Any action that may disrupt the normal operation of the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the platform after a modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Greek law. The Courts of Athens have jurisdiction for any dispute.
